Cerebro is the system behind every AnubisIQ engagement. Its job is to reconstruct how a business actually runs — with evidence — before anybody proposes changing it.

What it does
Observe
Collect how work moves, from the places work actually leaves traces — not from a workshop where everyone describes the ideal version.
Map
Represent customers, leads, jobs, orders, people, systems, vendors, invoices and the relationships between them.
Verify
Check the map against reality rather than against the org chart or the written procedure.
Find unknowns
Surface the parts of the operation nobody has written down, and name them as risks rather than leaving them invisible.
Assess
Weigh each bottleneck by what it costs and what it would take to fix, so the order of work is an economic decision.
Recommend
Produce a prioritized plan with the evidence attached to every finding.
The truth model
Every finding carries its evidence.
A recommendation without provenance is an opinion. Cerebro keeps the trail: what was observed, where, when, and how the conclusion follows.
That matters most when a finding is uncomfortable — that a role is redundant, that the tool nobody wants to give up is the bottleneck, or that the owner is the constraint.
Truth state, on every claim

Absence is evidence too. "There is no defined owner for this step" is a finding, not a gap in the audit.
